SWISS STEAK

SWISS STEAK

  • 2 1/2 lb. round steak
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 can condensed mushroom soup
Sprinkle salt on meat.  Spread the can of mushroom soup over the meat.  Place in oven and bake at 400-degrees for 1 - 1 1/2 hours.  Serves 4 - 6
