PEACH PIE

PEACH PIE

  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 2 1/2 cups sliced peaches
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
Mix sliced peaches with sugar, add well beaten eggs and mix well.  Pour into crust.  Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
