HOT GERMAN POTATO SALAD
- 5 medium potatoes, cooked, cubed, salted
- 1/3 pound bacon
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 1 medium onion, sliced
Fry bacon, when crisp drain off grease, add vinegar and sugar to bacon in skillet, bring to a boil. Pour over cubed potatoes. Add cut up cooked eggs and onion, mix and serve, hot.
