POTATO SALAD DRESSING
- 2 tbls. flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbls. mustard
- 2 tbls. butter
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup vinegar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tbls. mayonnaise
Mix flour, salt and sugar in saucepan. Add mustard and butter. Beat in eggs until smooth. Stir in vinegar and water. Remove from heat as soon as it boils. Stir in 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.
